Work With Me
Feel Better in Your Body—
Without Burning Yourself Out to Get There
You’re not lazy. You’re not undisciplined.
You’ve just been taught to approach health through performance, pressure, restriction, and all-or-nothing thinking.
That’s why it keeps falling apart.

This coaching isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning to stay with yourself—your energy, your needs, your pace—while rebuilding the habits that actually support you.

Steady, sustainable change. Backed by structure. Rooted in your real life.

When we work together, we build from what’s already true about you—not what you’ve been told you should be. Our work is structured but flexible. You’ll get real tools, grounded support, and space to listen to your body without getting stuck in it.

This is coaching that honors your nervous system and your goals—because we’re not just surviving anymore. We’re building something that lasts.
That’s the work we’ll do here.
What You Might be Wondering
You don’t need to check every box—but if any of these sound familiar, this work will meet you where you are:
-
You’ve spent years trying to “get it together” with health—and you’re over the cycle of resets.
-
You feel pulled toward structure, but anything too rigid shuts you down.
-
You want to care for your body without tracking everything or falling into guilt.
-
You’re burned out, and it’s showing up in your sleep, energy, mood, or digestion.
-
You’re craving sustainable routines, not another extreme push.
-
You want someone to walk with you while you untangle this—not cheerlead from the sidelines.
This work brings up questions—because it doesn’t look like the wellness plans you’ve tried before.
Here’s what people usually ask when they’re on the edge of something new.
Q: How can a health and wellness coach actually help me?
A: Most people already know what they “should” be doing. What’s harder is actually doing it—especially when life gets full, your nervous system is shot, or you’ve tried 12 versions of a plan that didn’t stick.
I help you figure out what’s getting in the way and build a system that actually fits your energy, goals, and real life. We focus on practical change, not performative progress.

Q: Do you tell me what to do?
A: Not my style. I’m not here to hand you a list of rules or fix you. I’m here to help you find your own path forward—through deep listening, honest reflection, and strategic structure.
If you’re looking for someone to bark orders, I’m not your person.
If you’re ready to get curious, get honest, and start building something that lasts—I’ve got you.

Q: What topics can we work on?
A: Anything that impacts your ability to feel well and show up for your life. That might be your relationship with food, energy, movement, sleep, burnout, identity shifts, nervous system regulation, stress, routines—or something else entirely.
Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Neither is coaching.

Q: What do I need to do or bring to prepare for a session?
A: Just bring yourself. You don’t need to prep anything or show up perfectly organized. If something’s been sitting heavy, or you’ve noticed a pattern, a win, a stuck point—bring that. We’ll work with it.

The one thing I do ask?
That you’re present. Not rushing between tasks, not driving, not multitasking. Coaching works best when you’re able to slow down, tune in, and give yourself the full space to be here.
Come in comfy clothes, sit with a cup of tea, be wherever you feel grounded. You don’t have to be polished—just present.

Q: How do I know if we’re a good fit?
A: You won’t find hype or hustle here. What you will find is real talk, deep listening, and a coaching process rooted in trust, honesty, and adaptability.
If you're feeling a little nervous but something in you says this might be the right kind of different—you're probably in the right place.
You’ve made it this far for a reason.
You don’t have to be totally sure. You just have to be willing to start.
Still Not sure?
Noticing that this feels like a big step? That’s not hesitation—it’s self-awareness.
You don’t have to dive into coaching to start shifting something.
Before anyone signs up for something like this, they want to know the person behind it.
So I’ve shared mine. Not the polished version—the real one.
The lived stuff. The pain, the burnout, the rebuild.
